Good day evryone! Christmas is upon us all and I’ve yet to buy a single gift for anyone. I had planned to go out today but the snow and ice has held that up. With me being out of work the past year and a half I won’t be doing much gift buying anyway. But I have a few bucks put away for the wife and kids. It’s really been a good yea other wise.
Today is Ericka’s 14th birthday. She got a couple cards with $$$ and a iPod from her brother Jerroold. It’s fun that her birthday is a week before Christmas. She really gets excited about it all.
If the weather isn’t too bad tomorrow I’ll do a little Chritmas shopping, like gift cards mostly. That’s the safe way to go I think.
This Sunday our church will have our annual Chritmas program. That should be good, special music and all. I won’t be playing guitar this year I’ll just kick back and enjoy the program. Hopefully the snow will clear up so we can have a good turnout.
eI have so much to be gratefull for this year. The love of my family my health isn’t getting any worse I’m really feeling stronger.
2008 seemed to fly by. My year was packed with all kinds of stuff. I’ve learned a lot about living with cancer. You just have to grab what you have with both hands and trust God as you go for it all. Quality of life on Chrits terms. Believe God not the enemy, not man, not your up and down feelings. The Lord has put saints in my life that are helping me enjoy life right where I’m at. Helps me to move beyond my circumstance and love the life the Lord has given me.
Hope the Lord blesses you with a great hoilday.
God bless,
Frederick
