Today was a great day, lots of energy. I had a good walk and a strong physical therapy. My evening is nice and mellow. The house is nice and calm.

I’ve been downloading a lot of music for my MP3 player. All gospel so far. I’ll do some jazz next.

My grandson Jalen hungout with me all day. Says he didn’t feel good but he was just fine. He’s growing his hair out trying to grow an afro, but his hair isn’t the right texure. He’s quite the character. We had a good day, he looked out for papa.

Ericka is in her room online and watching (more like listening to) TV.

I keep getting good ideas for music but just can’t get to the creating stage. The rest of my week is open so tomorow I hope to pick-up my guitar and get ta going on some didies. I have more sample pieces to complete.
