Good morning world, family and friends. It’s a beautiful day. The sun is out and I feel good. Not much going on today, just chillin’.

My little girl, Ericka , made the honor roll in her eigth grade class. We’re very proud of her, she’s really been working hard at her studies.

My family, ma, sisters and brother, have really been a great suport to me. I talk tom them a lot throughout the week, every week, and they’re great inspiration. I talk to my mother daily. We have a lot of laughs and talks about everything under the sun. I’ve been blessed by the support of all of you as well. Thanks so much for all your prayers and phone calls. I hope to see some of you during the summer.

I wonder what kind of summer we’re gonna have. Lovely I hope. I’ll be glad when I can travel. Maybe next year. Even a trip to the ocean would be great. We’ll see.

I feel like I’m getting closer to doing some music. It’s coming, slowly but surely.

Good Sunday morning to you all. This is a wonderful day the Lord has made. I feel rested today, though it’s early. I look forward to a great day. Get a good breakfast before heading to church. Nothing too much going on for the holiday.

I think I’m going to start working on recording an old song of mine “God is Good to Me”. It’s a mellow song with a nice melody to it. That ought to be fun. Then perhaps Diana can sing some tracks on the tune.

Well I’ve had a few weeks of good health in a row now. Praise God. I’ve really had the favor of God. All praise is His. I plan on having a great week next week. I’ll get back to physical therapy I hope and get stronger in my body. I hope to get back to playing with the praise team though it’s hard for me to make rehersals. I miss playing the guitar on the regular. It’ll come in His time.

Well hi there folks, it’s been a while. I’ve been doing alright staying out of the hospital the past two weeks. I’ve been feeling well lately tirying to get lots of rest. Still haven’t done much with my music but it’s in there. I just have to get motivated to get it out.

My duaghter Ericka just made the honor roll at school. We’re so proud of her, she’s really doing well in school. She’ll be in HS next year and we hope she’ll keep her excitment about educaion.

Church was really good this morning. Pastor preached on “how do you know God?” I think he came from Mt 16.

We went to breakfast at a families home before church which was great. I love bacon and eggs, which I don’t get at home very often. THe fod was good and then we did church service.

I look forward to a good week, hope to stay busy.

Well the Lord has put together a string of good days latley. I’ve been doing very well these days. I’ve been able to keep food down and get a little rest. The family is doing well too. I’ve even recorded some tracks this past week.

I’ve been in good touch ith my family near and far. I’ve been watching a lot of NBA. I’m a Lakers fan. Wierd huh? My son Frederick, IV has his 26th birthday on the 11th, day after Mother’s day. Time is marching on.

My auntie Midget and uncle Tony brought me back a pineapple from Hawai. Looks tasty too. They were there for a week at a friend’s condo. I’ve never been, that would b nicesome day for Diana and me.

I’m gonna have to find a way to up load some of our music to the blog so folks can hear our music. If anyone is aware of how to do it please share with me so we can make it happen.
