Got back from Doctor’s office, taking a swallow test, around 2 pm. To early really to tell but things look ok, even though one of my vocal cords is paralyzed (I found that out at an earlier test back in March or April). The Doc said it looks like right now I only have a slight problem with swallowing. She didn’t say what could be done to correct whatever problem I’m having.

I’ve been playing guitar with the praise team at church lately. Feels good. I’ve been talking to members of the Lo-Debar band about getting back together to do some playing. That’ll be fun. I’m going to try and get my son Frederick, IV involved, if he has the time. He plays guitar too.

Want to give the Lord praise for my wife. She works so hard to do a full time job, raise our duaghter, keep a household, tend to me (which is no small task) and never finds time for herself. All of this without complaining. What a God send. Please keep her in your daily prayers.

It looks like Ericka will be playing JV basketball this year for Renton HS. She’s been practicing this summer with the JV and varsity, and playing games too even in Tacoma. Of course dad is proud of his baby girl.

I’m going to have to start going to the gym so I can work on my strengthening. I can let that get away from me. Even the bike helps. I’ve still got a couple of days left this week to get there. Thank God I’m feeling up to it even though I’ve been struggling lately. I’m claiming my healing.

On that blessed note, ya’ll continue to pray.

Peace out, God’s love,

Frederick
