Well today I joined a cancer support group in Seattle. It’s called the Gilda Club. Which was started by Gilda Radnor who was one of the actresses on Saturday Night Live back in the day. She had cancer and started the original club in New York city before she passed away. Now there are clubs all over the country. Thier one day group during the week is full so I have to wait for another day group to open up. I think it will be worth the wait. The interview I did today was really informative. They seem really open to where you’re at in your stage of illness. They seem to listen real well. The interviewer spoke a lot of getting along with life and living it to the fullest.

I’ve been really feeling good lately and think I’ve turned a corner as far as moving forward with my life. The Lord is healing the relationship with my son Frederick, IV. We’re talking more often and he’s sharing with me the happenings in his daily life. I’m also enjoying watching my little girl Ericka grow-up as she’s in high school now. What a blessing. If it gets any better I just might burst.
