I and Michael many days have made it through by some of the words of wisdom and encouragement you gave to us. Many days when Michael is distress he will say Frederick really knew what he was talking about and everyday I can relate to what he was teaching me and I can still apply it in my life and pass it on to others. Thank you. I know there are a lot of us out there that think of you often ,using the tools you taught us and continuing to stay humble.
